There was in both Canada and the US. It was the best! Then both countries removed it from their menus. Months later McDonald’s Canada added a Smarties McFlurry to their menu only to get rid of it 6 months later. Last month it returned to DQ Canada.

Important to note that Smarties in Canada are similar to M&Ms and not the sweet tart type things in the U.S.
